SEVENTH GALLERY INC
Seventh Gallery is an independent, artist-run initiative that encourages diverse artistic practice through a dynamic and exciting exhibition schedule. Seventh Gallery strives to provide a versatile space, which allows local artists to cross boundaries in their chosen practice. We, The Board are dedicated to effectively running a not-for-profit organisation for artists to present a wide range of artworks in a variety of mediums to a well-established and expanding audience.
Seventh Gallery is located at 155 Gertrude Street Fitzroy. The two gallery spaces provide an excellent environment for any style of work. The front gallery has window frontage with high exposure for exhibited artworks, while the recently renovated back gallery provides a more intimate space for smaller exhibitions or artworks requiring a higher level of control over light and sound. Along with the flexible facilities, the diverse experience of each of the Seventh Gallery Board members allows the space to be permuted in any number of ways.
