Applicants will be notified within a month of application.

Seventh welcomes proposals from established and emerging artists from a variety of disciplines, including painting, sculpture, photography, drawing, textiles, audio and visual installation and the media arts.

Please include:

• A completed Seventh Gallery Application Form
• A typed description of the proposed project (no more than one A4 page)
• A CV for each applicant
• Contact details
• Support material. This can be still images or audio/visual material and can be submitted on slide, print, CD-R, DVD, or VHS. Please ensure all supporting materials are clearly labelled with name, title, date, medium, and dimensions. Do not send originals. Please supply a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you would like your support material to be returned. Please indicate whether your support material is the actual work you are hoping to exhibit or past work indicative of your style.

Exhibition Fees:

• Gallery 1 - $650 (incl. GST)
• Gallery 2 - $350 (incl. GST)

Exhibition Fee includes:

• 2-week exhibition period
• Inclusion in Seventh Calendar
• Art publication listings
• Email out to Seventh subscribers
• Mailout
• Promotion & documentation of exhibition on the Seventh website
• Opening event

Artist Responsibilities include:

• Invigilation during all opening hours (Tues – Sat 12 – 6 pm) for the duration of the exhibition (shared between Gallery 1 & Gallery 2 artists)
• Installation of exhibition
• De-installation of exhibition
• Freight or related costs
• Return of gallery to exhibition ready state after exhibition (materials supplied by Seventh)
